To enroll a student in a class, start by selecting the student from the Student screen.

On the right side of the page go to Class Details select Enroll New Class


Verify the correct School Season is selected in the dropdown on the left. You can use the dropdown filters or choose a class directly from the chart.

To select a class, click the blue “Add” button next to the class. (You can select more than one class.)

If you’d like to remove a class during enrollment, you can select “Remove” on this screen as well.

Once all Classes are selected, Click “Proceed” at the bottom right corner.

Depending on your studio’s preferences, you may be required to pay an enrollment or registration fee.
The system will proceed to the next step if no fee is required.

If the school requires payment, please enter your payment information then click Pay & Enroll

If they do not require payment click Enroll.

A “Successfully Enrolled” pop-up will appear at the top of the screen.

Once a class is added, only the school Admin can drop the student from the class.
