No additional reagents or equipment are required to run DriverMap AIR Spike-in controls with your experiment. When using DriverMap™ AIR TCR-BCR Profiling Kit or other TCR-BCR profiling assay, please follow the protocol for the respective assay.

This protocol assumes the user has access to standard materials (e.g., polypropylene tubes, pipette tips), equipment (tabletop centrifuges, pipettes), and common reagents (e.g., Milli-Q water, TE buffer, ethanol) and buffers used in a typical life science laboratory.
