After selecting a clinician from the “Main” tab, choose “Text Consultation”. You must select a deadline for the clinician’s response on the following screens. You can share data, and it’s required to describe the problem in the “Message” field. To save, use the button in the upper-right corner.
*If you need to share documents or other records with the clinician, you can do it in two ways:
- Check the “Share all data with the clinician” box – in this case, the clinician will have access to all your documents and other records until the consultation is cancelled or 14 days after its creation.
- Link the consultation to specific health issues – in this case, the doctor will only have access to the documents and records associated with the specific health issues.
!Please note that the response time is not guaranteed and varies for each clinician. When and if you receive a response depends on their workload and the data they need to review to understand your case. The consultation fee will be refunded if you do not receive a response within the specified time.
