Book an Appointment

Selecting a clinician and clicking on a specific appointment type will show the doctor’s schedule. If there are available time slots, you can choose to book an appointment.

Click on an available time slot for your selected date. The appointment booking form will open. You can also enter a message for the clinician.

Depending on the appointment type, you can fill out a questionnaire. You can complete it when booking or later, but it is recommended that you do so before the consultation.

*The clinician predetermines the appointment’s location (online or on-site) and payment methods (via the app or in-person).

*If you need to share documents or other records with the clinician, you can do so in two ways:
- Check the option “Share all data with the clinician” – in this case, the clinician will access all your documents and other records until the consultation is cancelled or 14 days after the scheduled appointment.
- Link the consultation to specific health issues – in this case, the clinician will only have access to documents and records related to the specific health issues.
You can make this choice later, but it is recommended that you do so before the appointment.
