After the examination, you will have access to the information provided by the clinician at their discretion, including:
- Diagnosis
- Objective information
- Subjective information
- Medical history
- Therapy
- Tests conducted during the examination
- Conclusion
- Documents attached by the clinician – prescription, medical report, etc.
- Prescribed medications, from which you can create a medication plan
Select an appointment with the status “Completed” from the appointment history list to view the examination result.
You can download the examination result using the button in the upper right corner of the screen.
You can download any document attached by the doctor by tapping on it. Remember that these documents are automatically saved in your profile’s document section, with the clinician’s name indicated.
