Each user’s profile in the app includes a “Family Profiles” section. From there, you can add and manage additional profiles for your children, relatives, or loved ones.
The family profiles created are fully functional and have all the characteristics of a normal user profile. The only difference is that the loved ones for whom these profiles are created cannot log in to the app independently.
Add a Family Profile
To add a family profile, select the “Add family profile” option, and then you can fill in the person’s details. To confirm, press the “Register” button.
Upon successful registration, you will be redirected to update the information in the newly created profile and complete the registration. For more information, see Complete Profile Registration.
Add Another Profile with Access
If you want to add another person to monitor your family profile, they must be registered in the app beforehand.
First, click on the respective family profile from the list. The “Profiles with Access” section will appear. Click the “Add a profile with access” button and enter the email of the person who will monitor the family profile.
The system will automatically generate a four-digit authorization PIN code, which you need to provide to the person you want to give access to.
The profile that receives access must use this authorization PIN to unlock and switch to the family profile.
This option suits parents who want joint access to their children’s family profiles.
