The Logbook is the list of your existing entries. You can quickly review every entry’s information in the list, which is arranged by date from the current date on top to previous dates while going down the list. The logbook in the Analytics application is separated in 2 panels.

For every Logbook entry you can see:

  • Day, time and category
  • Photo if there is one in the entry
  • Glucose level if it exists in the entry. Glucose levels are in different colors
    - Purple – very low glucose level
    - Blue – low glucose level
    - Green – normal glucose level
    - Orange – high glucose level
    - Red – very high glucose level
  • With exclamation mark “!” – estimated glucose. Means that this entry won’t be used for calibrations. Every last entry coming from NFC scan will be marked as estimated.
  • Fainted value – means that this glucose came from a sensor.
  • Under the heading line, all added information in the entry is shown

Logbook adding/editing

Basic information

  • Date&Time – click on the grey date/time fields to open a date/time picker and enter current entry’s date and time. Default are current date and time.
  • Category – choose the category of the current entry. Default category is chosen according to the time of the day. You can add custom categories from Settings -> Categories.
  • Glucose – enter your glucose level manually in the field. Use the “hand” icon to choose a test site if needed.
  • Food – enter nutrition values manually or select a food trough the food section

Insulin fields

  • Bolus – if you’re on insulin injections treatment you can enter your bolus for the entry. Also extended bolus can be calculated using the calculator in the mobile app.
  • Basal/Basal rate – you can enter your basal for the entry or if you’re on insulin pump treatment you can enter your basal rate if needed.
  • Medications field – enter your medications if any. The medications that you’re taking can be managed in the Settings -> Medications.
  • Photo and notes – if you want you can add a photo to the logbook entry and a note

Additional

On the additional tab you can enter:

  • Weight
  • Ketones
  • Blood pressure
  • Physical activity

Laboratory

Diabetes:M supports logging of laboratory results such as

  • HbA1c
  • Lipid tests like cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Tryglicerides
  • Microalbumin test, including test type
  • Comprehensive metabolic tests like Creatinine clearance, eGFR, Cystatin C, Albumin, Creatinine, Calcium, Protein, Sodium and more
