To schedule and receive a report automatically, through an e-mail, follow these steps:
1. Generate a report.
2. Click the Scheduled report button.
3. Fill in the following fields:
Field | Description |

Name | The name of the report. The name will help the recipient to know about the type of report. Mandatory field. |
Format | The format in which you want to send the report. You can send the report in the following formats:

Frequency | How often you want to send the report.

E-mail recipients | The email addresses of the people to whom you want to send the report. |
Language | The language of the e-mail containing the report. |
Disabled | The option to indicate whether the report has been disabled for scheduling. |
4. Click the Save button and your scheduled report will now appear in the list of scheduled reports.
