3.2.3 Basic report controls

When you load and then generate a report, the Report viewer displays a horizontal toolbar that contain buttons for viewing and exporting the report as per your requirements.

• Back: Takes you one step back in the “report timeline”.
• Forward: Takes you one step forward in the “report timeline”.
• Refresh: Refresh the report with updated data.
• First page: Displays the first page of the report.
• Previous page: Displays the page that is previous to your current page.
• Next page: Displays the page that is next to your current page.
• Last page: Displays the last page of the report.
• Print view: Displays the report in a printed format.
• Export: Exports the report to PDF, CSV, or Excel.
• Print: Prints the report.
• Zoom in: Zooms in.
• Zoom out: Zooms out.
• Zoom reset: Resets the zoom to the default zoom.
