The different report types will give you information about activity, operations, utilization, mileage, idle time etc. of your machine or vehicle.
To generate a report:
1. Click the Load report button for the corresponding report.
2. Each report type prompts you for the specifics you want to inspect:
Note: In the Parameters panel, the fields highlighted in RED color are mandatory. You must select or enter a value in those fields to generate the report. The Generate button remains disabled until you specify the value in the mandatory fields.

History report
This report shows all transmitted data from the unit, allowing you to analyze segments of the unit data transmission.
Tip: Limit the period of time as not to make the report extensive.

Activity report
This report shows you the time of the day when the unit was active. You can select the type of activity in which you are interested and compare these with each other.

Day report
This report shows you the cumulative activity per day. You can select the type of activity you are interested in, and view a trend curve of the total activity for the period.

Operational report
This report shows you the total activity per unit for the selected period of time.
Tip: You can include a special column which is useful for the calculation of non-standard activity measures.

- Calculated column: The option to display the report with the calculated value of two input columns that you select.
- #1: The first column that you want to include in the calculation.
- Operator: The operator that you want for the calculation.
- #2: The second column that you want to include in the calculation.

Exception report
Enter the daily deviation criteria, and the report will show you which days the unit has deviated from this standard.
Tip: Deviation criterion can be based on both activity (working time, input 1, input 2) and time of day.

- Filter by activity: Select more or less than operator, or leave it as is if you do not want to take this into account.
- Hours: Select number of hours.
- Based on: Select a base-unit for the hours value.
- Filter by time period: Select the operator to filter the content based on the specified start and stop time.
- Start: Start time of day.
- Stop: Stop time of day.

Utilization report
Enter the daily utilization rate of your units, and the report shows you which days of the week the unit´s working time has been higher than this.
Tip: The utilization rate can be entered in seconds, minutes or full hours.

Driver report
Shows you a graph of the total activity spread across drivers (access keys). The graph is stored by most-to-least activity for the selected period of time. The report will also show detailed data for each of the drivers.

Mileage report
This report shows you the trips a unit has completed for the selected period of time. Each trip is indicated by basic start- and stop details, driving time and unit mileage.

Start/ stop report
This report shows you the trips a unit has completed for the selected period of time. Each trip is indicated by start and stop address, driving time and distance, as well as how long the unit has been parked at the stop address.
Tip: You can filter trips based on the parking time.

- Category: The category of the unit.
- Client: The client for which you want to view the report.
- Group: The vehicle group for which you want to view the report.
- Unit: The unit for which you want to view the report.
- Show stops: Allows you filter trips by their stop(parked) time value. Select greater or less than operator, or leave it as is if you do not want to take this into account.
- Stop time (Minutes): The stop time to filter trips on.

Idle time report
This report shows you a graph of the total idle time spread across the weeks in the selected period of time. Also included is detailed idle time data for each of the weeks in the period of time.
Note: Idle time is calculated differently for machinery and vehicles – this will be apparent in the report.

Temperature report
This report shows you a graph of the temperature development for sensor T1 and T2, for each day of the selected period of time. The exact temperature readings are also shown.

- Show only temperature graph: Select this if you only want to generate the temperature graph and ignore the tabular data.

3. After you fill appropriate values for the parameters, click the Generate report button to generate your report.
4. If you want to save a report, click the Export button from the Basic Report controls and select the appropriate format in which you want to export the report data.
5. If you want to receive the same report periodically, schedule the report to be generated automatically. For more information, see Scheduling a report.
