Welcome to the evergreen sales online release notes. This is the online resource to use to learn about new functionality created for each version of evergreen sales, as it’s released.
Release cycle
We have feature releases throughout the year; and you can access the release notes of each release by navigating to the relevant release in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Note that you can access release notes for other sa.global products by selecting the product from the drop down in the menu bar.
Product architecture
evergreen sales is based on Dynamics 365 for Sales, an application in Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite, with additional and unique functionality to supports contact, opportunity and campaign management processes and activities. Products in the Customer Engagement suite are model-driven Power Apps; the evergreen sales additions also follow that model, delivered as a managed Power Apps solutions.
