Whilst contact management is a core feature of Dynamics 365 for Sales, a few additions have been made for evergreen:sales to improve the UI and incorporate other custom features into the Contact record:

Relationships with Contacts

Relationship data is visible on the summary and on the new “Relationships” tab:

Reporting

Contact related reporting is focussed on the activities and events that a contact has become involved in. The table below highlights the most important of these that are available in evergreen:sales:

Activity Description
Leads The leads they have given to the Firm
Opportunities The qualified leads where they are described as the contact
Referrals The referrals that have given to the organisation or received from the Firm
Activities The internal activities done in relation to them
Marketing lists A list of the marketing lists the contacts is assigned to
