Whilst contact management is a core feature of Dynamics 365 for Sales, a few additions have been made for evergreen:sales to improve the UI and incorporate other custom features into the Contact record:
Relationships with Contacts
Relationship data is visible on the summary and on the new “Relationships” tab:

Reporting
Contact related reporting is focussed on the activities and events that a contact has become involved in. The table below highlights the most important of these that are available in evergreen:sales:
Activity | Description |
Leads | The leads they have given to the Firm |
Opportunities | The qualified leads where they are described as the contact |
Referrals | The referrals that have given to the organisation or received from the Firm |
Activities | The internal activities done in relation to them |
Marketing lists | A list of the marketing lists the contacts is assigned to |
