The VORSA 500 is designed to be fully automatic and configured to remove supports from FDM. The VORSA 500 is engineered to utilize an automated Volume Velocity Dispersion system, that is configurable based on a specific operational need. Our technology utilizes high volume and flow jet streams by spraying bi-directionally for mechanically assisted support removal.

The top of the VORSA 500 has a door which allows access to the process chamber. The process envelope is 16” x 16” x 14.5” (42 cm x 42 cm x 37 cm) where the part is exposed to a combination of chemical detergent through a high volume, low-pressure agitation algorithm to optimize a specific post-printing need. To release the chamber door, pull up on the paddle actuator located under the chamber door handles. The chamber door utilizes an air-spring system to ease opening and will support the door when fully open. Reminder, caution should always be used when reaching into the chamber.
