Adding Detergent to the VORSA 500

When working with and around the detergent, use the following PPE:

	When working with or near detergents, always wear protective gloves
	Wear laboratory-style glasses
	Wear a lab coat

Adding Detergent

The VORSA 500 has a tank located beneath and beside the processing chamber. This tank holds a mixture of PostProcess detergent that will circulate throughout the system during processing.

To fill the system with detergent, access the Manual Operation Mode screen from the Home screen.

From within the Manual Operation Mode screen, press the DOSE button as shown below. The DOSE function will pump detergent into the tank until it reaches 100% and then shuts off automatically. NOTE: There will be an additional configurable delay before the dosing stops, ranging from 5 to 15 seconds after it has reached 100% on the HMI.

!Only PostProcess approved consumables should be used in the VORSA 500. Using third party consumables may void the warranty on the machine.
