This User Manual is intended to explain the setup and operation of the RADOR. Read this guide thoroughly before operating the RADOR to ensure safe and efficient operation. If a question is not answered in this guide, contact PostProcess for additional support.

The RADOR applies patent-pending Suspended Rotational Force (SRF) technology that optimizes part processing through agitation algorithms in combination with proprietary detergents to smooth rough external surfaces generated during 3D printing processes. The RADOR integrates a number of design features for ease of use and maintenance.

The RADOR is ideal for finishing small parts due to its working envelope size. While the RADOR is robust, care should be used during operation. When accessing the processing chamber, gently open and close the lid. Be careful when extracting finished parts to limit the amount of media that is lost during the removal process. Ensure no heavy materials are stored above the RADOR that may fall and damage it.
