The RADOR uses a peristaltic pump to remove used solution and sediment from the system. Over time, the action of the roller assembly squeezing the tubing will cause it to wear out which will require the tube to be replaced. Replacing the tube is performed as follows:

  1. Unfasten the 2 clips and lift the sediment pump hood.
  1. Disconnect the old tube from both ends and remove.
  1. Route a new sediment pump tube, PostProcess part number TUB0068, over the Roller Assembly. Contact PostProcess Sales for a replacement sediment pump tube.
  1. Apply a bead of synthetic grease with PTFE to the lip on the hood.
  1. Close the hood and secure the two clips.
  1. Check the installation by running the sediment pump in Manual Mode and verifying that the sediment pump draws waste from the sediment tank.
