Adding Detergent

The RADOR has an 18.9 liter gallon (5 gallon) Supply Tank located under the Main Lid and to the left of the processing chamber. This tank holds the mixture of PostProcess detergent and water that will be dispersed by the three chamber nozzles. The ratio of detergent to water is between 1%-5% and is determined by PostProcess based on the application.

To fill the Supply Tank, raise the Main Lid, remove the circular Supply Tank Cap (see image below, highlighted in green) and pour in the solution until the tank is full (approximately 2.5 cm, or 1 in) from the top. Replace the Supply Tank Cap and close the Main Lid. The Supply Tank % can be viewed within the AUTOMAT3D or MANUAL run screens. See Automatic Operation – Setup/Start for more information.

Adding Media

To add media, raise the lid and pour media from the storage container directly into the processing chamber (see image below, highlighted in green) until it is approximately 10 cm (4 inches) from the top of the chamber.
