Detergent

Wear laboratory-style protective glasses.
When working with or near detergents, always wear protective gloves.

All detergents will be shipped from PostProcess in 5-gallon buckets and poured into the DEMI 400 Series by hand.

PLM-101-SUB
Typically used for removing PolyJet and similar support material. Refer to the SDS for more information.

PLM-402-SUB
Typically used for removal of uncured Stereolithography (SLA) resin. Refer to the SDS for more information.

PLM-403-SUB
Typically used for removal of uncured Stereolithography (SLA) resin. Refer to the SDS for more information.

PLM-202-SUB
Typically used for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) support removal. Refer to the SDS for more information.

Handling and Disposal

The DEMI 400 Series features a removable stainless steel basket with handles for part handling. Plumbing for the DEMI 400 Series is internal to the machine and self-contained with the exception of the drain valve. A garden hose fitting allows for a hose attachment for easy draining. Always dispose of used detergent in an approved hazardous material receptacle. Follow local guidelines for disposal.
