Screen Filter Maintenance

The screen filter refers to the mesh screen filter that is positioned on the left side of the tank in the overflow area.
To maintain the process efficiency of the DEMI 400 Series, it is important to keep the screen filter free of support material and other residues that may impede the flow of detergent within the system.

Screen Maintenance Hours

• The number of hours between screen filter cleanings can be set by pressing the pressing INPUT and entering the desired hours
• The number in black displays the remaining hours before the screen should be cleaned.
• Press the RESET button to reset the timer after cleaning the filter screen.

*It is highly recommended to clean the screen filter on a regular basis to ensure the DEMI 400 Series continues to run efficiently.
