Recommended material for installation

  • BVA.
  • Wire diameter: 28 – 16 AWG (0.5 – 1.5mm²).
  • Flanges (optional).
  • Screwdriver for 5.3mm head diameter Phillips head screws.
  • Drill and drill bit 6mm diameter.
  • 6mm dowels.
  • Antenna (only available on request, please contact info@nayarsystems.com).

Best practices and recommendations for use.

  1. The installation of the BVA devices (12 relays) should be done close to the control panel, in order to facilitate the installation and to have better access to the connectors on both sides.
  2. The installation of the BVA devices (2 relays) should not be made at half the height of the floor, in order to avoid interference with other devices located on higher and/or lower floors.

  1. It is recommended to switch off the power supply to the installation and ensure that the area where you are working is safe.
  2. To facilitate the installation of the devices, it may be necessary to dismantle the car or floor control panel to access the rear of the car or floor control panel, where the BVA is located, so that it is not accessible to the lift user.

In the case of having an antenna for the installation of the pushbutton panel:

  1. Make cut-outs or coves in the aisle pushbutton panels so that the antenna gain is the best possible and can reach the receiving devices without interference.
  2. It is recommended to* install the BVA on the cabin roof and the antenna behind the pendant station*.
  3. It is recommended that in installations with unique architectures, Nayar should be used for the installation of these devices or that training sessions should be held for the installation technicians so that they are aware of the power radiated by the installed antennas.
  4. Positioning of the antenna to achieve the best possible signal:
