1.2.5. Refunds

All refunds are based on the way in which the original payment was made.

1. Meal balance refunds must be remitted through Alio, with a paper check. Parents/Guardians can submit a request online for a refund.
2. MySchoolBucks payments for Obligations, AP Exams, Chromebook Charges, or other misc items can be refunded through MySchoolBucks. Once a parent/guardian initiates a refund, please submit a BOSC ticket for them.
