Morris Hills Regional District operates a full-service onsite production facility in both Morris Knolls High School and Morris Hills High School. The production facilities are operated by a Food Service Management Company (FSMC). Each location operates with a Point of Service system and serves breakfast, lunch and ala carte items. Any food or beverage items required for District events are also provided by the MHRD food service program.
Although most revenue is produced from sales, the District does participate in national nutrition programs and receives state and federal reimbursement for qualified items.
