The State of New Jersey Assembly Bill No. 4906 was signed into law on January 16, 2018. This requires each school district and nonpublic school in the State to notify all students and parents/guardians of the availability, eligibility criteria and locations of Summer Food Service Programs within the school district or area.
The Department of Agriculture develops and distributes annually a flyer for this purpose. The District must complete the form and post it to the District website.
