Using an XSL view

The XSL display provider allows you to configure the Lightning Conductor Web Part to display the aggregated content using XSL (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations). Use this option if you have or you know someone with XSL knowledge. The SPGridView Display Provider is most suited to users who have no coding experience.

To use an XSL view complete the following steps:

1. On the Web Part tab in the Display Provider section select XSL Style Display Provider.
   
   
2. Select your data sources to aggregate using the Data Source tab.
   
   
3. On the Columns tab select the column, sorting and filtering configurations you require.
   
   
4. On the Display tab, you can upload your own XSL or select a pre-existing XSL file such as LightningTools Calendar.
