Sharing Stage Links

Click the Copy Stage icon to create a link to the Stage currently on-screen (for sharing).

Beginning in version 25.6, Orchid VMS allows users to share a link to the Stage that is currently on-screen. This is a quick and easy way for you and your coworkers to exchange resources and save time, especially in response to an incident.

1. To share the Stage on-screen, first open the Camera Bag.
2. Click the Copy Stage icon (to the right of the Clear Stage button).

3. Then send this link to a colleague.
4. To use a shared link, just paste it into your web browser toolbar and click Enter.
5. Enter your credentials to log in, and the new Stage will appear.

*A shared link will not provide access to cameras and video that were previously not accessible by the link recipient.

*Shared Stages will be limited to 32 Players.
