In the Prepare MR form, users are provided the option of sending the agenda for the meeting prior to its occurrence. All users who have been invited to participate in the management review will receive the agenda via email.

  1. Agenda: This is a rich text field that allows users to input the agenda.
  2. Attach Agenda: This is an attachment field that allows users to attach files relating to the agenda.
  3. Send Agenda to Invitees: This button allows users to send the agenda to the previously selected invitees.
    • If selected, the invitees will receive the agenda by email.
      • Any attachments and/or information inputted in the rich text field will be included in this email.
