9.3.2. Action

In this tab, if applicable, users can access actions that were set up for previous iterations of the management review. They can also create new actions to implement for the current management review.

*If this is the first instance of the management review, the Previous Actions section of the form will be empty.

1. View (1): This button allows users to view a previous action.
   • In viewing mode, users cannot make any modifications. They can, however, download any attached files and access/download any available templates.

2. Export to Excel (1): This button allows users to export the Previous Actions grid to Excel.
3. Add: This button allows users to add a new action.
   • If selected, it will open a pop-up window with the Add Action Item to MR form.
4. Edit: This button allows users to edit an existing action.
5. View (2): This button allows users to view a newly created action.
6. Export to Excel (2): This button allows users to export the New Actions grid to Excel.
