4.1.3. Dashboard – Filters

In the Dashboard tab of the Prepare & Execute MR forms, we have included a filter panel which can be used to interactively refine data.

Among the fields in the filter panel, we would like to give special focus to the following:

1. Category: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by category.
   • This field is the same as the one found in the Quality Event, CAPA, and Audit applications. It displays the same list of categories (as retrieved from the Category section of General Settings).
2. Business Division: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by business division.
   • This field is same as the one found in the Quality Event, CAPA, and Audit applications. It displays the same list of business divisions (as retrieved from the Departments section of the Organization Management [Admin] application).

*All fields inside the filter panel act as search boxes. Any value inputted inside them will be, upon request, searched for in the grid and, if possible, retrieved.
