4.2.1.1. Rich Text Display

Where before users could only access content inside rich text fields by expanding the row height of the grid, there are now the following display options:

1. Pop-Up
   • To access information via the pop-up option, click on the icon.
     
   • It will open a pop-up window with the information.
     
2. Separate Row
   • To access information via the separate row option, collapse the icon.
     
   • It will display a separate row with the information.
     
3. Tooltip
   • To access information via the tooltip option, hover your cursor over the column. It will display a textbox with the information.
     
4. Scrolled Box
   • To access information via the scrolled box option, scroll inside the column.
