Here you will be able to see the description of what each service offered means:

Home means merchants store location

Away means a location which is not merchants address. This could be an address of a competitors address.

Post means when merchant is able to send out a push notification of its special and deals. This is restricted based on the package they are on.

Hours means time allowed per each push notification (Post) campaign. This is the time when the push notification is actively notifying potential customers via push notification. Push notification will stop after the time has expired.

Radius means the geofence of the push notification service. Radius is the circular distance in meters from the shop where the customers may receive push notifications.

Special Events meaning if there is a large gathering of crowd within 5KM within the merchants shop location, which in not a competitors location. Such as a sporting event or concert event. This may not be merchants store location or merchants direct competitor. Merchants are able to purchase additional service if they wish to advertise here.

Account Manager means a dedicate personal who will help plan merchants campaign for push notification and help merchant optimize campaigns to maximize impact from the push notification.

Priority Push means that request from merchants who have Priority Push as part of their subscription gets priority actioning of their submission.
