Fleet Management

  • The Fleet Management module keeps track of purchase information and both standard and user-defined activities for your vehicles. This includes maintenance, fuel stops, and calculated MPG.

Changes

IBR Codes

  • In the Code Management module, IBR codes are now sorted numerically. This makes finding and associating IBR codes easier and quicker.

Approving Calls

  • In previous versions of the software, the ability to approve calls was automatically given to any personnel belonging to the supervisor or administrator security groups. The function of approving calls can now be given to any user through the “APPROVEDCALLS” right located in Security Management.

The municipalities drop down list in Call Log list has been alphabetized.

Call Log

  • Photos can be printed in correlation with the Call Summary Report.
  • Call number duplication has been resolved.
  • Time Cleared field on the Call Summary Report has been formatted to fit inside the details box.
  • The approval date and time displays on the Call Summary Report.
  • Call types filter down as the user types.

Case Builder

  • Improved the information exchange process between the Citation modules and Case Builder.

Person Management

  • Improved merge process to include additional fields.
  • Updated driver’s licenses scanning capabilities to include the suffix.

Traffic Citations

  • Court resolutions can be entered for individual crimes codes.
  • Enhanced search functionality to locate paid and unpaid citations.

Criminal Citations Module

  • Enhanced search functionality to locate paid and unpaid citations.
  • Modified citations to display linked call numbers.

Parking Module

  • Improved parking tickets to except violation codes that have late fees attached.

Field Interview Module

  • Redesigned Field Interview to decrease the time required to save.

Reports Module

  • Standardized Monthly Statistics reports.
  • Corrected the family offenses count on the Monthly Statistics report.
  • The “Accidents by Date and Time” report displays all calls.

Custody Management Module

  • Enhanced search functionality to:
    • Search for case numbers
    • Search for upper or lower case values for the current location, reason for detention, and special instructions fields.
  • Case number prints on the Custody Management Report.

Court Papers Module

  • Ability to search by the “Entity Signed by” field.
  • Paper types filter down as the user types.

Personnel Management Module

  • Redesigned the Personnel Directory Report.

Police Activity Module

  • Police Activity report shows statistics from both calls and cases.

CI Management Module

  • Added convicted and release dates to the registration tab.

Pawn Shop Module

  • Enhanced Pawn Transactions Report to accept large transaction amounts.
