All information useful for improving the hotel service should always be written in the notes of each reservation, such as the specification of the time range of the guest arrival, the method of payment, the extra services reserved in his/her favour.
To quicken this stage, Scrigno makes a table available, in which it is possible to list all the most frequently used reservation notes, and an identification code associated with them: the user, instead of inserting notes manually every time, can use the codes included in the tables to fill in quickly the reservation with all the details useful for the operational management.

In multi-property networks, this table is shared by all the hotels of the same group, in order to create a standard method for reading and encoding the notes used in the departments printouts.
