1.6.1. PLACES AND MEANS OF TRANSPORT Basic Table

Proceed as follows to define all possible destinations and means of transport that the hotel can book for transfer services:

1. CREATING A DESTINATION
   Place the cursor on the first empty row of the table on the left of the screen (Location)

• Click the button indicated.

• Location field: describe the destination or place considered.

• Order field: decide the display order of the item in the list.

• Click the button to save.

2. CREATING A MEANS OF TRANSPORT
   Place the cursor on the first empty row of the table on the right of the screen (Means of Transport)

• Click the button indicated.

• Means of transport field: describe the mean of transport considered.

• Order field: decide the display order of the item in the list.

• Click the button to save.

3. DELETING A DESTINATION
   To delete a ‘Place or Destination’ item, it is necessary that it is not in use for any reservation, past or future.

• Click the button and search for the destination to be deleted in the table on the left.

• Select the record and click the button.

• Click the button to save.

4. DELETING A MEAN OF TRANSPORT
   To delete an item relating to ‘Means of Transport bookable for transfers’, it is necessary that it is not in use for any reservation, past or future.

• Click the button and search for the item to be deleted in the table on the right.

• Select the record and click the button.

• Click the button to save.
