This table lists all the services different from accomodation that the hotel can organise or reserve for its Guests.
In the tagle, each service can be linked to one or more email addresses, which can be used as unique reference contacts for the organisation of the service. All the requested inserted in the management software and relating to these services will be automatically notified by Scrigno to the email addresses indicated.

- Service Type
Services different from accommodation and bookable by the hotel may differ by number and nature: hence the need to create macro categories or different categories by service type.
INSERTING A SERVICE TYPE:
Place the cursor on the first empty row of the table at the top of the screen (Service Type)
- Click the button indicated.
- Department field: insert the category code preferred. The code cannot consist of more than 5 characters, alphanumeric.
- Description field: briefly describe the service category type.
- Type field: Select the service type from the list.
- Inserting the service type is mandatory, as it needs to define information to be provided while inserting services.
Possible options are:- Transfer: a transfer service is a transfer of people from one place to another by means of transport hired or owned by the hotel.
- Generico: any type of service different from that mentioned above.
- Click the button indicated to save.
MODIFYING A SERVICE TYPE:
- Select the macro service category to be modified.
- Modify where necessary.
- Click the button to save.
DELETING A SERVICE TYPE:
- Select the row to be deleted.
- Click the button indicated. The deletion of the category is possibile only if no service is attached to it.

The table lists all the services bookable linked to a macro category selected above.
INSERTING A SERVICE:
Place the cursor on the first empty row (Service).
- Click the button indicated.
- Code field: insert the code for the service. The code cannot consist of more than 5 characters, alphanumeric.
- Description field: briefly describe the service.
- Request Type field: Select from the list the item corresponding to the service.
- The indication of the request type is compulsory, as it is essential to the system in order to manage the booking of the service. Possibile options are:
- Free Sale: the service is always available and/or presents no limit in the number of bookings.
- Upon Request: the service is not always available and/or presents maximum or minimum number of bookings.
- Price Mandatory field: By selecting this field, the service is bookable only if its value is quoted.
- Hotel field: Select from the F9 list the hotel for which the item must be active.
- Restaurant field: for customers who use Scrigno and Easymeal, it is possible to use this field to link the code of the interfaced internal restaurant to a ‘Table Reservation’ service item. The result of this configuration enables the reservation of a restaurant table directly from Scrigno, and not only from the F&B software used in the restaurant.
- Click the button to save.
MODIFYING A SERVICE:
- Select the service to be modified.
- Modify where necessary.
- Click the button to save.
DELETING A SERVICE:
- Select the row to be deleted.
- Click the button. The deletion will be possible only if the record has not been used. If it is not possibile, the system will proceed with a logical deletion of the item, making it not visible to the operators.

- Mail
The table lists all email addresses to be used as reference contacts for the organisation of the service selected on the left.
All the requests inserted in the management software and relating to the service will be automatically notified by Scrigno to the email addresses here indicated.
By selecting the corresponding service of the side, proceed with modifications of the addresses, where appropriate, using the buttons
- Email header
It is possible to insert for each service a basic text to be used as presentation in the automatic communication between the hotel and the supplier of the service booked.
- Service Notes
It is possbile to insert for each service a basic text to be used as a specification note in the automatic communication between the hotel and the supplier of the service booked.
- Service Prices
It is possibile to link to each service an agreed price and differentiate it by period or season.
- Translation
It is possible to translate all codified service items into different languages; this is compulsory if the summary of the extra accommodation services booked by the Guest is included in the standard texts of automatic confirmation of the reservation used by Scrigno.
