In the basic table described are identified the guest categories on which we intend to apply automatic discounts or for which we want to track the volumes handled in the hotel.
These Categories can be profiled according to the age of the guest at the time of the stay, or according to specific requirements not necessarily tied to personal factors.
This identification table is fundamental for the construction of price list automatic reduction/surcharge formulas, thus we recommend that you pay particular attention to its maintenance: never delete nor modify the existing entries, and act only in case of possible implementations.
