Agencies-Companies Contracts Form

The ‘Contacts’ form in a business profile is specific for the registration of all those individuals in the company that have been selected as possible internal contact persons for the Hotel, both on a business and on an operative level.

1. Position
   
   From the F9 menu, it is possible to select the role played by the individual in the company/agency.

2. Name and Surname
   
   This field is specific for the Surname and Name of the contact reference.

3. E-mail and accounts receivables management
   
   These two items, if selected, indicate the individual/contact that is our specific contact person for the e-marketing campaigns, or for any type of correspondence relating to the payment of accounts receivables.

4. Documents
   
   The field here indicated is not enabled in the standard version at the moment!
