This section includes resources for tutors participating only in our virtual tutoring program for students in southern California. Our virtual tutors can find events and RAZ books, request leave, and contact support below.

Visit Reading A-Z (RAZ) Library

Check out the Reading A-Z Library to find PDF versions of all our RAZ books categorized by reading level. Always notify and check with your site coordinator when moving onto your next book to ensure you follow the proper sequence. Please open in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome to access properly.

Visit Epic! Read-Aloud Library

Check out Epic! to find different read-aloud books. Please use the Virtual Access Tip Sheet in “Additional Resources” for login information, or reach out to your designated Site Coordinator.

Visit the Hub (Session Log)

Looking to log a finished tutoring session? Click below to log into the Hub and submit your session logs and/or timesheets!

Request Leave

Can’t make it to one of your scheduled tutoring sessions? Be sure to request leave so we can ensure your student will have a substitute during your time away. When a tutor is absent, a substitute steps in to maintain the learning momentum. Clear instructions will help your substitute tutor carry out the session effectively. Information about routines, materials, and the student will help your substitute manage the session efficiently. A well-prepared substitute ensures that learning continues uninterrupted, so you can fully enjoy your time away.

Substitute Session Log

Are you a substitute looking to submit a session log? Perfect! You’re in the right place.
