As part of the We Are Experience Corps campaign, AARP Foundation is collecting volunteer stories to promote the program through AARP and partner channels. We are building out our communications strategy for the coming years and, at the core of that strategy, is telling the inspiring stories of our volunteers. We appreciate your support of these efforts in advance and can’t wait to work more closely with you to amplify our program and impact.
General Notes
- The form might take about 7 minutes to complete. Visit the form to see the questions and take some time to write down your responses.
- We will not be able to share all stories and will have to select the most compelling. However, don’t be afraid to submit what you’ve got and let us decide. If you have 10 minutes, it couldn’t hurt!
- Should your story be selected, we will contact you and your program staff to gather more information and the required media release(s). Many programs have these releases on record so you may not have to submit one yourself.
- Stories likely won’t be shared immediately. But with your help, we will create a ‘library’ of our volunteer stories for when we need them—and we always need them!
