3.22. Report Cards and Progress Reports

Parents should regularly keep abreast of their child’s academic standing. If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s grades at any time during the grading period, contact the appropriate classroom teacher.

Report Cards

• Issued at the conclusion of each quarter with dates posted on the CHCA website calendar.
• Gr K-6 are posted in the Veracross Parent Portal.
• The last report card will be available within two weeks of summer dismissal.
• All financial obligations must be settled to receive report cards. In the event of outstanding financial obligations, report cards will not be available until the account is brought current.

Midterm Progress Reports

• Gr 1-2 will be emailed home midway through each quarter, reflecting students’ academic progress as well as their attitude and behavioral patterns.
• Gr 3-6 progress is available using Canvas.
