Formal student-led Parent-Teacher Conferences are mandatory at the end of the first quarter and available upon request at the end of second, third, and fourth quarters (refer to the school calendar). However, parents are encouraged to contact teachers to schedule time for discussion regarding any aspect of the child’s school life as they deem necessary.
Quarter One Mandatory Student-Led Conferences are scheduled online – watch email/Campus Connection for instructions.
All Other Conferences/Meetings:
- Send a note or email the teacher with whom you would like to speak.
- Allow them time to determine the best time for a conference.
- Meetings with teachers must be scheduled in advance. Drop-in attempts to meet with a teacher, just before or after school, may seem like a good idea, but these are actually times when teachers do a lot of their set-up and class preparation.
