The following section describes each of the programs delivered as a part of this Torch package.
It provides a “purpose” for each program, why it exists and how it can be used. It then details for each program, the parameters and their meaning and a technical description of how the program executes from an IT perspective.
The output of each program is then described in detail so the user is able to understand and gain insight into the results.
