In the legacy ActiveControl Web UI, the list of Approvers or Testers was seen by default in the list screens. This caused a couple of issues for many customers:
1. Degraded performance of loading the “My Approvals” list screen where the Rules Engine approver consumer was being used.
2. A lot of screen real estate being taken up by the Approvers or Testers list, in particular where a larger pool of Approvers or Testers was defined against a particular Business Task or control point location.
To address both of these historical issues, the Approvers and Testers are now not seen by default in the List screens. They are instead viewed via “Show Approvers” / “Show Testers” buttons on the corresponding list screens.
