Many Basis Technologies’ customers have requested over the years for the ability to access ActiveControl via mobile devices; the most common use-case cited has been the scenario of a Manager needing to do an urgent approval within ActiveControl whilst travelling or sitting in a meeting room, away from their main PC.
ActiveControl Web Platform 9.00 offers mobile access to ActiveControl out-of-the-box. As long as the end-user has the ability to log in to the ActiveControl Domain Control SAP system (via customer VPN or suchlike), then they will be able to access all core screens and functionality of the ActiveControl Web Platform from their mobile device.
