ActiveControl 8.0 now includes an out-of-the-box integration with HP Service Manager (HPSM).

This integration was requested by an existing customer that wanted to integrate with their HPSM tool used for managing testing defects.

Their high-level requirements were to:

1) automatically create an HPSM ticket when the associated Business Task met certain criteria.
2) Add the HPSM ticket number to a custom field on the Business Task
3) add a URL link to to automatically created HPSM ticket on the Business Task
