To view or update an existing support request
- Log into the portal
- Click on Support in the navigation menu
- On the Support Center page, click the down arrow next to your user profile icon and select My Activities
- The activities list will contain all your support requests and their status
- To edit a request, click on the Subject hyperlink next to the request ID
- Add any additional comments and or upload files
- When complete, click Submit to update the request
