Accessing the Portal

Before accessing the Akkadian Labs customer portal you must have an active account. If your account is created as the initial contact, you will receive confirmation of you account creation and instructions to activate your account or you may follow the steps below:

Follow these steps to activate your account:

1. In a browser go to http://activate.akkadianlabs.com
2. Enter your email address and click Activate Account
3. Check your email for an activation confirmation
4. Click CONFIRM ACTIVATION to confirm the activation
5. Check your email for your username and password
6. Go to http://portal.akkadianlabs.com and login using the credentials

*Please activate using the same email account where you received the Welcome Packet. If the email address is not preregistered, you will receive and error.

*Alternatively, the initial contact may send you an email invite to the portal. To activate your account, simply click the Accept Invite link in the email.
