To update contacts permissions:
- Log into the portal
- Click on the Contacts in the navigation menu
- Click the “Edit” button for the contact you wish to edit
- Update the desired settings for the contact
- Client Admin – The contact can manage and invite additional contacts and manage licensing.
- Client Readonly – The contact has read only access to the portal. Licenses can be viewed, but not managed.
- Click Save to apply the changes
