To update contacts permissions:

  1. Log into the portal
  2. Click on the Contacts in the navigation menu
  3. Click the “Edit” button for the contact you wish to edit
  4. Update the desired settings for the contact
  • Client Admin – The contact can manage and invite additional contacts and manage licensing.
  • Client Readonly – The contact has read only access to the portal. Licenses can be viewed, but not managed.
  1. Click Save to apply the changes
