Almost anywhere in the portal, you can initiate a chat session with either our support or sales team. Chat will only be available during business hours, but you will always have the option of leaving a chat message.
To start a chat session:
- Click on the chat button
- Choose the department
- Type in your message
- Click the Start Chatting button
