Offline License Activation

If the system running the software does not have access to the Internet, it may be necessary to activate the license offline. Before proceeding with this process, it will be necessary to obtain the hardware ID from the system you wish to activate. Depending on the Akkadian Labs software product, this process may differ, so please refer to the software documentation for further details.

To activate a license offline:

1. Log into the portal
2. Click on Licenses in the navigation menu
3. If necessary, use the Search field to location the license
4. Click on the License Key to view the details
5. Click the Generate License File

6. Complete the required fields

*Ensure you enter the correct Hardware ID for the system you are licensing.

7. Click Generate License
8. A success message will appear and the license file will be automatically downloaded

9. Apply the license file according to the documentation to license the product
