Jabber Integration
Akkadian Contact Manager can now serve as a directory for Jabber by pointing to a UDS service url. Versions 8.x – 12.x of Communications Manager are supported.

*Create a UDS Data Source: *

  1. Log in as GDAdmin or as an Administrator
  2. Select Data Source from the Directory menu
  3. Click Add New, enter Cisco User Data Service Information, Sync Filter, Attributes and click Save

*Add UDS Data Source to Directory Service URL: *

  1. Log in as GDAdmin or as an Administrator
  2. Select Service URL from the *Directory *menu
  3. Create a New Service URL or select an Existing URL to add UDS Data Source
