Jabber Integration
Akkadian Contact Manager can now serve as a directory for Jabber by pointing to a UDS service url. Versions 8.x – 12.x of Communications Manager are supported.
*Create a UDS Data Source: *
- Log in as GDAdmin or as an Administrator
- Select Data Source from the Directory menu
- Click Add New, enter Cisco User Data Service Information, Sync Filter, Attributes and click Save
*Add UDS Data Source to Directory Service URL: *
- Log in as GDAdmin or as an Administrator
- Select Service URL from the *Directory *menu
- Create a New Service URL or select an Existing URL to add UDS Data Source
